AFTER HOURS CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS • Pick up the courtesy phone located outside the front desk. This will automatically connect you to our sister resort, the Sands of Kahana. • An agent will check you in and give you a combination to the lockbox located next to the courtesy phone. • Inside the lockbox you will find an envelope with the same name as your reservation. • Inside the envelope you will find keys to your room and additional resort information. • Please stop by the front desk during business hours to complete your check in.
