This will automatically connect you to our sister resort, the Sands of Kahana. • An agent will check you in and give you a combination to the lockbox located next to the courtesy phone. • Inside the lockbox you will find an envelope with the same name as your reservation. • Inside the envelope you will find keys to your room and additional resort information. • Please stop by the front desk during business hours to complete your check in. Evidence of smoking in the resort will result in a $750 cleaning charge. Guest smoking is allowed in the designated smoking area located in the parking lot for tobacco and e-cigarettes only. UNIT CLEANLINESS Our beautiful island is home to a wide range of creatures that contribute to our ecosystem. Occasionally, that leads to some unwanted pests in our resort. Please take the following precautions to mitigate the occurrences of these pests in your unit. Empty all trash during your stay and upon check out. There is a dumpster located in the parking lot. Clean all kitchen surfaces after preparing food and eating, tightly seal leftover food, and store all food in containers in the refrigerator or freezer. SPA Daily | 9am – 9pm There’s nothing better than returning to The Gardens at West Maui and submerging in total relaxation in our spa. Adult supervision is required for minors to ensure safety. BBQ GRILLS Turn up the heat and grill your favorite foods for the whole family. Grills are located near the pool for your enjoyment.
